In the P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam, we renovated a project into 2 high-quality luxury appartments. Due to years of overdue maintenance by the previous owner, this renovation was an extremely challenging project.
The entire house had to be stripped and then rebuilt in its entirety. Floors were repaired, walls plastered and a new staircase installed. A newly installed bathroom, toilet and kitchen completed this renovation. We are also responsible for the new roof terrace.
The final result is a house that fits in perfectly with the charm of the P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam.
